We have integrated ‘Real Time Quality Management System’ through gradual modifications, up-gradations and procedures to accomplish a monitoring check on product process for optimal level of quality.
All inspections (Pre-pro, Du-Pro, and Final) are posted into system along with fault codes, Pictures, videos, evidences and precise conclusions. System records, narrations, reference details, meticulous summaries enable to analyze and enhance product back track, which helps to spotlight and play down our routine problems(defects, disorder ) right away & henceforth.
Fault Coding – All faults are codified to have even approach of identification and data control. Coding System bring unification and intellectual.
AQL & STANDARD :
Our all internal quality inspections are based on internationally recognized statistical random sampling technique, commonly known as ANSI / ASQC Z 1.4 / MIL-STD-105E / BS6001 / ISO2859. We have Pro-active approach and Commitment towards day by day improvement.
